Fees are due two weeks in advance at all times. Failure to comply with this rule will cause management to review your child’s position. A two week bond, based on the full fees, is payable upon enrolment. This is refunded at the end of the year or when you withdraw. Two or four weeks paid notice is required if you withdraw, depending on the time of year.
Parents will need to contact their local Centrelink Office to apply for Childcare Benefit. We recommend that this is done before your child starts so that staff can work out fees for your placement. The rebate does not come off the total fee; there will be a gap fee that all families will need to pay.
